SIMON HEARN

Simon has been a physiotherapist for 10 years and raced triathlons for 8 years, including 3 years professionally. As a physiotherapist, he has treated and rehabilitated countless runners, helping them return to running after injury. His time as a professional triathlete gave him firsthand experience with training methods, exercise physiology, and smart, evidence-based approaches to performance.

His background in high-level racing gives him firsthand insight into the demands of training, so he knows exactly what it takes to reach your goals—whether that’s completing your first 5K or shaving minutes off a marathon.

Passionate about helping runners of all levels, Simon blends his physiotherapy expertise with personalised coaching programs. He ensures every runner trains smarter, builds resilience, and reaches their goals while enjoying running along the way.

Josh is an experienced runner with a particular passion for trail running. He won the Blackall 50km race in 2019, showcasing his endurance and dedication to the sport. He holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and, prior to working as a physical education teacher, spent five years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.

Through his work as a teacher and coach, Josh has coached athletes of all ages and abilities, combining practical industry experience with a strong understanding of training principles, technique, and endurance. This allows him to deliver evidence-based, personalised coaching that supports both performance and long-term development.

Josh is passionate about helping runners of all levels improve their performance. He blends his coaching expertise with tailored programs, helping runners train smarter, build resilience, and enjoy the journey—whether it’s completing their first trail race or chasing a personal best.
