Andrew - Sydney Marathon 2025
Simon took me from running 10km at a pace that would make my heart explode to running a marathon. He showed me the power of an easy run and that not every session has to hurt!
The program was structured in a way that kept me motivated and helped me to feel my progress each week. Easy runs got easier and my interval sessions got faster.
All in all, I walked away from my first program way fitter, way more knowledgable about how to actually train for running and way less intimidated by the dreaded long run!
I'm pivoting this year to a 5km program and can't wait to get cracking!




Tegan - 5km PB & Sydney Marathon 2025
I started working with Coach Simon on my running in 2024. We started with a 5km PB Program and have gone on to prep for a 25km trail ultra, a half marathon and marathon.
I've always hated running and I never though I would be any good at it. I also didn't know the ins and outs of how to get better, so I trusted the process.
I've always been a little injury prone and so over the last year have dealt with 2 different foot injuries. But with program adjustments was able to complete all my races and have successfully become injury free!
Easy runs - that were truly easy - and consistency was key to me achieving my 5km PB and running the Sydney Marathon.
Couldn't have done it without Simon, I learned so much about running and myself!
2026 is the year of speed! Watch out!
